Shuttle services & transportation:

We organize a shared shuttle picking up participants on the afternoon of the starting day of the training at Brussels Airport Zaventem (BRU) at 14:30h and at Brussels South Charleroi (CRL) airport at 15:30h on Wednesday August 7th. There will also be return shuttle services available after the training. You'll receive all info on how to book transportation and further travel options in our comprehensive welcome brochure after signing up.

About Pricing:

The price includes all tuition, accommodation and meals but excludes travel to the venue. Spaces are limited on this retreat and registration will close once we have reached maximum capacity to ensure a supportive participant/facilitator ratio. Spaces go on a first-come-first-serve basis. You can reserve directly through this website using the Paypal button to make your €500 deposit, after which you will receive our email confirmation from info@istabelgium.com.

Refund and Payment Policy:

A commitment to the Spiritual Sexual Shamanic Experience is a deep commitment to yourself. It is assumed that, if you feel drawn to this training, it is no accident. A €500 euro deposit secures your place. The remaining balance is due 5 weeks before the starting date of the training (July 3rd, 2024). If you cancel, a €150 admin fee will be withheld and is nonrefundable. If you cancel closer than 7 weeks before the starting date (June 19th, 2024) the €500 deposit is nonrefundable. If you cancel closer than two weeks before the start date (July 24th, 2024), up to 2/3rd of the total price may be withheld, to cover any nonrefundable costs incurred. These are our minimum commitments to you.

Please notify us immediately in the event that you find yourself needing additional time to prepare for this unique experience. Also note that bank charges for payments made via Stripe, PayPal and/or international transfers are the responsibility of the participant.

BEFORE SIGNING UP, PLEASE READ THIS IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

ISTA’s initiatory program is a week-long experience. It is an individual process supported by a group field designed to awaken strong emotions and work with personal and sexual expression. We bring awareness and nourish aspects emphasizing self-responsibility as an essential requirement to navigate sexual, shamanic, and spiritual spaces.
 
Our field acknowledges, continues to evolve, and includes some of the gifts of trauma-informed models. However, ISTA trainings are NOT a replacement for physical-emotional-mental therapy and are NOT focused on treating pathology. ISTA trainings are also not presuming to treat complex trauma or personality disorders. If you suffer from severe trauma, mental illness, or are taking medications, we recommend you consult your therapist/ psychiatrist to check if participating is advisable.
 
The ISTA field activates the life force and is, at times, emotionally intense. We recommend that individuals seek one-on-one sessions and get approval from their therapist before participating in this group process. Primarily if there are known deep-seated traumas or an inability to down-regulate oneself.
 
As a mystery school, ISTA approaches trauma from the shamanic perspective of connecting with the body and soul. Guided by a growth-centered view, ISTA supports consciousness-raising for those exposed to trauma to be agents in the creation of their own well-being rather than solely victims of traumatic events, thus, overcoming images of themselves as being powerless and being able to take charge of their lives.
 
Please consider if your mental health is ready and capable of undertaking such powerful initiations and if you can take responsibility for your mental stability. PLEASE CONSIDER IF JOINING ISTA IS RIGHT FOR YOU.
 
On that basis, we, the facilitators, acknowledge and recognize our responsibility to offer participants nondiscriminatory care, a consent-focused space, and appropriate support concerning the process as you navigate the ISTA journey.

As a last point, we suggest signing up to this training only if you have the spaciousness to fully commit to this work for the whole week, as there is minimal free time for any work-related activities that you may want to try and fit in. This is a powerful transformational container that offers deep shifts and we recommend clearing your schedule entirely for the duration of the training. You can however expect to have some time to do basic messaging and e-mailing.
